三月,对意大利人来说并不是那么令人兴奋的时节,冬日的寒冷刚刚退却,乍暖还寒。不管怎样,在三月的意大利人的餐桌上,还是能看到些许春天的颜色:青绿的罗勒叶、五色的彩椒、金黄色的鸡汤和鸡蛋薄饼……虽不如夏天那般绚丽灿烂,但还是令人感受到了生机萌发的喜悦。另外,吃一份提拉米苏,味蕾的美好带来勇气和热量,用来抵御依然寒风凛冽的三月。

March is not an exciting month in Italy. The winter chill is just over, but the warm weather is still a few months away. Nevertheless, spring colors can be found on the dining table: fresh green basil, rainbow-coloured peppers, golden chicken stock and egg pancakes...Although March is not as brilliant as summer, it is still full of the joy of germination. This month, it is nice to enjoy a rich tiramisu that will give you the strength to get through the windy days.
