1.5 基本拳法
拳法是最基本的进攻元素,它的特点是速度快,灵活多变,与步法密不可分。我们把拳法的发力过程归纳为蹬地,转腰,急旋臂。
1.5.1 左横拳

3 身体以前脚掌为轴向右旋转,右臂旋臂向前,沿中线击出。这是由里向外的一种拳法。
