Tips
三文鱼本身含有丰富的油脂,所以炒制时无须再放油。尽量选用不粘锅来烹炒三文鱼,并且全程最好是开小火,以免炒糊。

1 三文鱼切块,放在味淋中浸泡腌渍约10分钟。
