
An Investigation and Analysis on Raising Funds Tactics of Social Enterprise
[Abstract] The feasibility of supporting the development of social enterprise by social investment is paid attention to by many countries gradually. This paper focuses on four fund-raising tactics under the literature; include venture philanthropy, social impact investment, social impact bond and crowdfunding. The research uses the questionnaire survey procedure, the grand total provides 186 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 92, the effective questionnaire recycling a rate 49.5%, the questionnaire information has confirmed after the statistical analytic method and obtains the following a conclusion. The person who hears these fund-raising tactics more, it's clear degree to be high, by the way, it does not mean it adopts will to be high degree. Meanwhile, there have no statistical significance difference between social enterprises register or not, it also proves the social enterprises of Taiwan still belong to the early phase newly; the result of study also matches the hypothesis that fund-raising tactics are influenced by life-cycle of social enterprise. This paper argues that it should return to the life cycle of social enterprises, according to the social enterprise itself conditions development stage, to take appropriate financing strategies, according to the construction of sustainable business model.
